BioEmbodied

National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, 2020

Taking the "wearable" kinetic kit as the design concept, we hoped there would be an interactive connection between the human body and the machine. The device formed a part of clothing and the extension of the body, using challenging materials such as metal, plastic, and acrylic.
Try to contrast the organic human body shape and perform the dress of future technology. Combining mechanical power and human movement, try to make the mechanism into a body-extended implement. Realize the imagination of technological fashion and post-human.

以“可穿戴”動能套件為設計理念,希望人體與機器之間產生互動連接。 該仿生裝置組構成了衣服的一部分和發展身體的延伸,使用了具有挑戰性和創新的複合材料組成,如銅管、塑料、壓克力及電子零件。創造並對比有機人體形態,演繹未來科技裝扮。 將機械動力與人體運動相結合,嘗試將機械做成身體延伸的工具, 實現科技時尚和後人類的最終想像。
