​"Pixel Moon" brings out the original image of the moon. A pixel is the smallest addressable element in a raster image, and each square provides accurate representations and specific colors to construct the whole pattern. The cubes, here as minimal units of composition, are combined in a particular shape of the half-moon by digital design and incorporated into changing light effects and mist. Through the reflection of the water, the half-moon dramatically fulfills the entire shape of the moon, giving the project a vivid character. Walking from the riverbank to the middle of the bridge, the viewers can explore and experience the moon phase expression with different angle changes in this project. In the different luminous instances, "Pixel Moon" promotes the participation and interaction of the people that circulate there, reproducing the throbbing memory of watching the moon for the first time.
